You know when I love D.C. the most? Early on Saturday mornings when most of the city still feels like it’s asleep. This past weekend we ventured out to walk around and get some food and were pleasantly surprise by the absence of crowds and the availability of places to park.
So we walked around the city center past the Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Chanel, and all the other places with guards standing out front, and decided to get some food at Momofuku.
I’ve mentioned Chef David Chang before when I made a recipe from his cookbook, he’s also the chef behind Momofuku.
And, like I said, amazingly empty!
Momofuku is a noodle bar with fantastic bowls of slurpy goodness. Seen above: the ginger scallion noodles.
